Information you provide
When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, project location, service selections and description you submit. Optional size and budget information helps us understand the requested work.
How it is used
Information is used to review and manage your inquiry and contact you about the project. The originating page and available campaign tags may be stored with the inquiry to help us understand how you reached the site.
Storage and access
The website uses Base44 to host the application and store inquiries. Access to inquiry records is restricted to authorized users. Do not submit sensitive personal documents in the description. Online document attachments are not currently enabled.
Tracking and site operation
When 5L enables Google Analytics, it is used on approved public pages to understand website visits and aggregate actions such as quote requests or call clicks. Inquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses, project locations and free-text descriptions are not sent to analytics. The application may use browser storage for authentication and owner preferences. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to operate the site.
